Apricot Lady Vodka Cocktail is a delicate and light cocktail that combines the sweetness of apricot liqueur with the intensity of orange syrup. And when combined with Napoleon vodka, such cocktail acquires the strength corresponding to the softness of apricot notes. Apricot Lady Vodka Cocktail does not need any garnish, but if you want you can decorate it with orange peel.
Ingredients:
- Napoleon vodka – 60 ml
- Apricot liqueur – 30 ml
- Orange syrup – 2 teaspoon
- Fresh lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
- Eggwhite of 1 egg
- Crushed ice
How to do:
Important: All ingredients must be precooled.
- In a cocktail shaker add the crushed ice, then combine all the ingredients: Napoleon vodka, apricot liqueur, orange syrup, lemon juice and egg white. Shake thoroughly.
- Strain twice through a fine mesh sieve into a chilled coupe glass.
