Pure grain vodka is ideal for a real gastronomic cocktail. Fresh tomatoes, a nutritious beef broth in all its traditional splendor, black pepper of course and not to be missed the lemon. Also you can add the vodka at the end so that it mixes by itself among the ingredients, giving different tonalities. Oh, sundried tomatoes!
Ingredients:
- Vodka Napoleon – 60 ml
- Tomato juice – 60 ml
- Beef broth – 60 ml
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice – 30 ml
- Worcestershire sauce – 2 tablespoons
- Hot sauce – 2 teaspoons
- Celery salt – a pinch
- Minced black pepper – a pinch
- Ice
- Cherry tomatoes (for garnish)
- Dried tomatoes (for garnish)
How to do:
Important: All ingredients must be precooled.
- In a cocktail shaker with ice, add the Napoleon vodka, tomato juice, beef broth, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Hot Sauce, salt and pepper. Shake well.
- Strain into a tall glass with fresh ice. Garnish with half a cherry tomato on a stick and dried tomatoes.
