Harvey Wallbanger is undoubtedly a classic for cocktail lovers. This drink was created in California in the 1950s, it gained its popularity in the 1970s, and retains many admirers today. Indeed, the relevance of the cocktail, combining the strength of vodka, citrus-fruit taste of orange juice and accent notes of vanilla-anise liqueur, is undeniable at all times.
Ingredients:
- Napoleon vodka – 50 ml
- Orange juice – 80 ml
- Vanilla anise liqueur – 20 ml
- Lemon juice, freshly squeezed – 2 tablespoons
- Crushed ice
- Orange slice (to garnish)
How to do:
Important: All ingredients must be precooled.
- Fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Then add Napoleon vodka, orange juice and lemon juice. Shake well.
- Pour the cocktail mixture into a tall glass, and top up with vanilla-anise liqueur.
- Garnish with a slice of orange.
