The peak of “Napoleonics” in 1912 was the production of the partnership “Sinyushin and Smorodinov” – vodka “Bitter Napoleon’s teardrop” with a portrait of the emperor on the bottle. While the mugs, handkerchiefs, boxes and jars can still be explained, the production of vodka with a portrait of Napoleon is a unique fact. A Russian person should not have bought this vodka, not under any circumstances. But he did. Moreover, it became the main table drink at the celebrations of 1912.
