On this occasion, the sumptuous taste of unrefined brown sugar melted with caramel liqueur is timidly blended with the traditional sweet Limoncello and a strong note of vodka for the senses. A pure sour lime juice to diversify the aroma of this wonderful cocktail. A very important touch is to sprinkle caramelized sugar & lime on the rim of the glass.
Ingredients:
- Napoleon Vodka — 30 ml
- Limoncello liqueur — 20 ml
- Butterscotch liqueur — 2 tablespoon
- Lemon juice, freshly squeezed — 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla syrup — 2 tablespoons
- Crushed ice
- Lemon juice — 3 tablespoons (to decorate the rim of the glass)
- Brown sugar and white sugar (to decorate the rim of the glass)
How to do:
Important: All ingredients must be precooled.
- To decorate the rim of a chilled coupe glass or any other glass. Put a bit of lemon juice in a shallow bowl. Mix white and brown sugar in a small plate. Dip the rim of the glass lightly in the lemon juice first, then dip in the sugar mixture. Set it aside.
- Add crushed ice to the cocktail shaker. Next, add all the ingredients – Napoleon vodka, Limoncello liqueur, Butterscotch liqueur, lemon juice, vanilla syrup. Shake well.
- Pour the cocktail mixture into a decorated glass.
