El Café Vodka Cocktail

Egg whites have become an interesting part of the cocktail world, here they accompany a frothy espresso coffee, a little vanilla and the wonderful Napoleon vodka chilled. This cocktail is a midnight elixir… dip the soft marshmallow on it ….

Ingredients:

  • Vodka Napoleon – 1 part
  • Vanilla liqueur – ½ part
  • Espresso (cold) – 1 part
  • Egg white – half an egg white of 1 egg
  • Crushed ice
  • Instant coffee powder (for garnish)
  • Marshmallow (for garnish)

How to do:

Important: All ingredients must be precooled.

  1. Add Napoleon vodka, Vanilla liqueur, espresso and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake. Then add the ice and shake again.
  2. Strain the cocktail mixture through a fine sieve twice into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Lightly sprinkle the cocktail foam with instant coffee for garnish. Thread the marshmallow onto a stick, lightly burn the marshmallow with a fire and place over the rims of the cocktail glass (optional).
