Apricot syrup and juice, pieces of fresh or canned apricot, all together in a long glass full of flavor and strength. A clear cocktail with its aroma lasting on the palate that is not overshadowed by a soft and neutral vodka like Napoleon, just gives the strength to a perfect mix.
Ingredients:
- Vodka Napoleon – 50 ml
- Apricot liqueur – 20 ml
- Apricot juice – 90 ml
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice 20 ml
- Simple sugar syrup – 3 tablespoons
- Egg white – the whites of 1 egg
- Ice
- Preserved or fresh apricot (for garnish)
- Ground nutmeg or cinnamon (for garnish)
- Sprig of aromatic herbs (for garnish)
How to do:
Important: All ingredients must be precooled.
- In a cocktail shaker, add Napoleon vodka, apricot liqueur, apricot juice, lemon juice, simple sugar syrup and egg white. Shake thoroughly.
- Then add ice to the shaker and shake again.
- Strain the cocktail mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a chilled glass filled with ice. Garnish with a piece of preserved apricot and a sprig of aromatic herbs. Sprinkle the foam with grated nutmeg or cinnamon.
