The “little bitter” taste of amaretto, with an orange aperitif? Yes, and sugar syrup… then… add vodka to the full palate of ingredients. Shake it up and feel how they blend in harmony. Then slowly your palate will taste an unpredictable range of tempered notes.
There is another version instead of sugar syrup? Yes, just honey it on top. The honey slowly drowns in the mixture giving it an ideal sweetness.
Ingredients:
- Vodka Napoleon – 50 ml
- Bitter orange aperitif – 90 ml
- Amaretto – 20 ml
- Aromatic bitter – 2 dashes
- Simple sugar syrup – 2 tablespoons
- Crushed ice
- Orange slice (for garnish)
How to do:
Important: All ingredients must be precooled.
- Put ice in a cocktail shaker. Then add the Napoleon vodka, bitter orange aperitif, amaretto, aromatic bitters and simple sugar syrup. Shake well.
- Strain into an ice-filled glass. Dip an orange slice into the glass for garnish.
Cheers!
