This cocktail has a diplomatic origin, as it was specially prepared in 1949 for Mrs. Perle Mesta, U.S. Ambassador to Belgium. She was a star of social life and renowned for her lavish parties. This cocktail has been a favorite in several Hollywood movies, including the iconic The Big Lebowski.
Ingredients:
- Vodka Napoleon – 2 parts
- Coffee liqueur – 1½ parts
- Sweet cream – 1 part
- Ice cubes
How to do:
Important: All ingredients must be precooled.
In a chilled glass filled with ice, pour all the ingredients in the next order: Coffee liqueur, Napoleon vodka, sweet cream. Stir well.
