Lemon juice brings us that well-known aroma on the palate and the subtle and refreshing tonality of its acidity. The traditional amaretto joins perfectly between the pieces of ice and the lemon juice, to be energized by a superb shot of a soft vodka like the Napoleon.
Ingredients:
- Vodka Napoleon – 50 ml
- Amaretto – 30 ml
- Lemon juice, freshly squeezed – 20 ml
- Simple sugar syrup – 1 tablespoon
- Oleo saccharum – 1 teaspoon
- Egg white – from 1 egg
- Ice
How to do:
Important: All ingredients must be precooled.
- In a cocktail shaker, add Napoleon vodka, amaretto, lemon juice, simple sugar syrup, Oleo saccharum and egg white. Shake thoroughly.
- Then add ice to the shaker and shake again.
- Strain the cocktail mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a chilled cocktail glass.
