Coffee liqueur with a sparkling espresso are the essentials of this smooth cocktail served in a martini glass with the excellent Napolen vodka.
By the way it is said that the martini glass is difficult to hold? Here is a tip for the best enjoyment: Hold the glass with both hands to hold the glass, the less dexterous hand is placed at the base and the other firmly holds the stem. This allows to have more stability of the glass and to appreciate the aromas of the drink.
Ingredients:
- Napoleon vodka – 2 parts
- Coffee liqueur – ½ part
- Espresso (cold) – 1 part
- Vanilla syrup – ½ part
- Ice
- Grated nutmeg (for garnish)
- Coffee beans (for garnish)
How to do:
Important: All ingredients must be precooled.
- In a cocktail shaker with ice, add all the ingredients: Napoleon vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, vanilla syrup. Shake well.
- Strain the cocktail mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a few coffee beans placed on the foam and a light sprinkling of grated nutmeg.
