Chilled Coffee Vodka Napoleon

Foamed espresso, dark chocolate and egg white come together in a handful of aromas and tropical tones on the palate and the aroma of a “mocha” perfect combination of cocoa and coffee. The aroma of nutmeg on the rim of the glass lingers on the palate. The extravagant Napoleon vodka dissolves in the senses for a pleasantly strong tone.

Ingredients:

  • Vodka Napoleon – 40 ml
  • Espresso (cold) – 30 ml
  • Sweet cream – 30 ml
  • Chocolate bitter – 3 dashes
  • Simple sugar syrup – 2 tablespoons
  • Egg white – from 1 egg
  • Ice
  • Grated nutmeg (for garnish)

How to do:

Important: All ingredients must be precooled.

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add the Napoleon vodka, espresso, sweet cream, chocolate bitter, simple sugar syrup and egg white. Shake well. Then add the ice and shake again.
  2. Strain twice through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
