ElderFlower has been described as exceptionally fresh, fruity, green and slightly floral, with subtle pear, lychee and tropical undertones. This is blended with the violet flavor of the violette? liqueur cream with its soft lavender color. Now, if we put all that floral bouquet together with a smooth, neutral vodka? You know, a little soda and the acidity of fresh lemon accompany us to taste a range of unique and floral flavors.
Ingredients:
- Vodka Napoleon – 50 ml
- Elderflower syrup – 30 ml
- Crème de violette – 20 ml
- Lemon juice, freshly squeezed – 20 ml
- Simple sugar syrup – 2 tablespoons
- Soda water – top off
- Crushed ice
- Ice cubes
- Sprig of aromatic herbs (for garnish)
How to do:
Important: All ingredients must be precooled.
- Add Napoleon vodka, Elderflower syrup, Crème de violette, lemon juice and simple sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
- In a chilled glass filled with ice cubes, strain the cocktail mixture. Fill to the top with soda water. Stir well.
- Garnish with a sprig of aromatic herbs.
